This means that Amsterdam has now gained 213 comfortable homes in one go. What is striking about the large residential building is that there are only five years between the purchase of the former office building and the completion of the new building.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"core-content paragraph-content\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These are rental homes, which are rented out in the social, middle and private sector segments: 30 percent of the homes fall in the social segment, 20 percent in the middle segment and 50 percent in the private sector. The design by MVSA Architects meets the highest sustainability requirements and contains both apartments for small households and homes for families. The houses vary in size from 26 m\u00b2 to over 100 m\u00b2.
