In March 2017, Doniger acquired the property on the corner of Bijlmerdreef and Flierbosdreef in Amsterdam Zuidoost.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"core-content paragraph-content\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Doniger secured a new zoning plan from the City of Amsterdam to convert the office building into a residential building. Two newly built floors were also added on top of the existing structure.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"core-content paragraph-content\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The development comprises 397 studios and urban apartments, most with a usable floor area of between 32 and 48 m\u00b2, fully aligned with Amsterdam\u2019s housing and sustainability policies. Approximately 80% of the apartments are let in the social rental segment, with the remaining 20% in the regulated mid-market rental segment.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"core-content paragraph-content\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Construction started in 2020 and all apartments were completed by the end of 2022. The lively ground-floor spaces offer just under 3,000 m\u00b2 of lettable floor area, accommodating food and beverage venues, a medical centre, the Amsterdam Public Library (OBA) and a wide range of amenities for residents.<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"featured_media":888,"template":"","class_list":["post-884","project","type-project","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/doniger.nl\/en\/doniger-api\/wp\/v2\/project\/884","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/doniger.nl\/en\/doniger-api\/wp\/v2\/project"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/doniger.nl\/en\/doniger-api\/wp\/v2\/types\/project"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/doniger.nl\/en\/doniger-api\/wp\/v2\/media\/888"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/doniger.nl\/en\/doniger-api\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=884"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
