The Hendrickshuys, 410-412 Herengracht in Amsterdam, was nominated in 2018 for the Best Healthcare Real Estate Project and reached 2nd place with a difference of only two votes to the winner.
After an extensive round of nominations a selection of 27 Real Estate projects was made, that had a chance of winning the title. Following this, the online voting started, resulting in the three best projects.
