Het Muzenhof is located in Amsterdam Oud-Zuid, between Cliostraat, Beethovenstraat and Stadionweg. One of Doniger’s legal predecessors acquired the property in 2004 as a single, undivided asset. At the time, it comprised 124 generously sized apartments.
Shortly after the acquisition, the property was legally divided into individual apartment units. Approximately half of the apartments were sold individually in the following years. From 2008 onwards, the remaining apartments were held as a long-term investment, with Doniger providing property management services for the owners.
In early 2020, the property was sold to a major private residential property investor in the Netherlands.
