Bijlmerdreef 101

Doniger acquired the office building at 101 Bijlmerdreef in Amsterdam Southeast in April 2018. B-Right Urban Living participates one-third in the investment. In this regard, Doniger operates as the delegated developer on behalf of the combination of owners.

Several residential projects are planned for this part of Southeast, including Doniger’s already completed projects at Flierbosdreef, Hoogoorddreef and the neighboring Zandkasteel in order to transform the area into a lively residential, shopping and working area. Bijlmerdreef 101 is located directly across from ING’s new headquarters and next to the De Amsterdamse Poort shopping center.

Doniger is working with CBRE IM, ING and the City of Amsterdam on an area development of the cluster on Bijlmerdreef. The parties have appointed architect Rijnboutt for the design and urban integration of this area development. Doniger will realize between 220 and 240 homes here through a combination of transformation and demolition new construction. The homes will be designed in accordance with the programmatic principles of the City of Amsterdam and the 40-40-20 new construction policy of the municipality. Construction work will begin in 2027.

Until the start of construction work, the building will be used to accommodate (Ukrainian) refugees.
