Lutmastraat 75

Amsterdam Urban Developments acquired the building at Lutmastraat 75 in De Pijp in October 2024. The building from 1921 had three homes at that time, spread over the entire floor.

By completely revising the vertical layout of the building and redistributing the floors, five independent apartments have been created with a combined living space of approximately 300 m² – each with its own, usable floor plan. An extension has been built at the rear and a terrace on the roof. The shell, installations and finishing have been completely renewed, with an emphasis on insulation and HR glazing: all homes have been delivered with energy label A and underfloor heating. Authentic elements of the building have been consciously preserved. The cadastral division was, as with all AUD projects, carried out in-house.

The five apartments were delivered turnkey and sold individually to private owner-occupiers in October 2025.
