The Muzenhof

The Muzenhof is located in Amsterdam Oud-Zuid between Cliostraat, Beethovenstraat and Stadionweg.

One of Doniger’s legal predecessors acquired the object, which originally consisted of 124 very spacious apartments, in 2004 as an unbroken property. Shortly after purchase, the apartments were split up and approximately half of the residences were sold individually. Since 2008, the remaining apartments have been held as sustainable investments and Doniger has conducted property management for the owners.

Early 2020, the property was sold to one of the largest private investors in the Netherlands in residential real estate.
